The Role

We are seeking a creative and environmentally-conscious Graphic Designer to join our team of sustainability activists who drive change behind the scenes. The successful candidate will design visually compelling graphics that promote sustainable practices, working across various eco-friendly brands in recycling, composting, vegan products, water conservation, carbon reduction, and ethical fashion.

  • Conceptualize and create original, purpose-driven designs for sustainable brands across digital and print media
  • Craft visual stories that authentically communicate clients' environmental and social impact
  • Design social media content, infographics, branding elements, website graphics, and campaign materials that inspire climate-positive action
  • Develop illustrations, moodboards, and visual assets that align with our climate-forward ethos
  • Transform complex sustainability concepts into accessible and engaging visuals

What We Look For

MANDATORY: 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
  • Experience with both digital and print design formats
  • A keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and eco-friendly approaches
  • Enthusiasm for climate action and social impact
