Job Description:

This role combines technical expertise with problem-solving skills, making it suitable for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and maintaining systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • System Monitoring & Support:
      • Monitor system health and performance across development and production environments
      • Troubleshoot issues (local and remote) across OS, software, network, and cloud systems
      • Collaborate with DevOps teams to resolve recurring issues
    • Infrastructure Security & Automation:
      • Configure machines and user permissions for new team members
      • Support secure practices such as system hardening and compliance audits
      • Assist in infrastructure improvements and documentation
    • Hardware Tools & Vendor Management:
      • Coordinate hardware procurement: sourcing laptops and peripherals as per project needs
      • Work with vendors for equipment purchases and support escalations
      • Track inventory using internal systems
    • Team Enablement & Documentation:
      • Maintain internal documentation and asset registers
      • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational workflows
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • 1+ years of experience in TechOps, IT Support, Infrastructure, or DevOps assistance
    • Hands-on experience with Linux/macOS systems and basic networking
    • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and remote access tools
    • Exposure to CI/CD tools, Git, and basic scripting
    • Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
