Key Role: Web Application Developer

We seek an experienced professional to design, build, and maintain robust web applications using the WordPress platform.

About the Position

This is a pivotal role that entails crafting bespoke themes, plugins, and integrations while ensuring optimal website performance, scalability, and security.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, customize, and update WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Transform design mockups into responsive, user-friendly websites.
  • Optimize websites for speed, search engine optimization (SEO), and security.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Evaluate cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
  • Integrate third-party tools (APIs, payment gateways, CRM, email marketing, etc.).
  • Regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins to ensure stability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with designers, content, and marketing teams to achieve project objectives.
Required Skills & Expertise
  • Deep knowledge of WordPress Content Management System architecture.
  • Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Awareness of web hosting environments (cPanel, AWS, etc.).
  • Desirable Plus: Experience working on government websites or large-scale, secure projects.
