Senior Business Analyst

This position is focused on providing actionable insights to clients by understanding their business needs and challenges.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting meetings with clients to comprehend their requirements.
- Performing data analyses using quantitative and observational methods.
- Presenting recommendations to clients based on the findings.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience working with supply chain planning software such as Kinaxis Rapid Response.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
- Experience in BRD creation, test planning, and UAT leadership.
- Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and Advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Mastery of advanced scripting languages for data manipulation and custom workflows.
- Ability to integrate Kinaxis with enterprise systems using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.
- Expertise in building and maintaining high-quality data models in Kinaxis.
- Proficiency in creating analytical reports and dashboards within Kinaxis.
- Consulting experience including assessments and implementations.
