Senior Campus Recruiter

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to spearhead campus recruitment strategies and attract top university talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment plans, collaborating with regional stakeholders and HR to forecast hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to identify and engage top university talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student groups, and recruitment networks.
  • Manage volume hiring across the organization through university engagement and partnership development.
  • Lead participation in campus events and oversee the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Create job advertisements, screen candidates, and support onboarding processes.
  • Stay current on campus hiring trends, maintain university partnerships, align with global programs, and track key recruitment metrics.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure effective talent acquisition and management.
  • Develop and monitor recruitment progress, tracking statistics on key talent acquisition metrics and reporting status to business partners, HR, and leadership.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in volume-based lateral and university hiring.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Well-organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with high ethics, able to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with local HR policies and ATS systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English.
  • Able to connect with and guide young professionals.
  • A team player with initiative.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Recruitment experience in a multinational or agency setting.
  • Knowledge of tech recruitment and Workday ATS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, including contractor and outsourcing channels.
