Lead Frontend UI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Frontend UI Developer to lead the development and architecture of modern web applications.

You will be responsible for delivering UI projects, collaborating with frontend engineers, and maintaining high standards of design quality, performance, and code.

  • Technical Leadership & Delivery:
    • Lead design and development efforts on complex frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand UI/UX requirements, estimate project scope, and identify implementation risks.
    • Provide mentorship through debugging, code pairing, and architectural guidance.
    • Perform code reviews, merges, and builds of front-end code.
    • Partner with backend and data teams to build integrated user experiences.
  • People & Team Management:
    • Manage a team of engineers, conducting regular 1:1s, growth conversations, and performance reviews.
    • Contribute to hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate evaluation.
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in team building and day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of frontend engineering experience with focus on modern web stacks.
  • Hands-on expertise in React, ReactJS, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, TailwindCSS, Webpack, Vite, and component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or Chakra UI.
  • Track record of delivering production-ready applications.
  • Experience in leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
