Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and experienced Visual Brand Identity Specialist to elevate our visual brand identity. As a Visual Brand Identity Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and delivering high-quality designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute creative concepts for marketing and branding initiatives across various channels including digital print and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create designs that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain our brand identity guidelines ensuring consistency in visual elements across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and creative concepts for various marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in graphic design or a related field with a proven track record working with North American clients.
  • Experience in creating blog illustrations and featured images.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and video editing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) FIGMA or similar tools.
  • Understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout composition for impactful visual communication.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the latest design trends and industry best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative and relevant.
  • Detail-oriented approach to design ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
