Key Responsibilities:

In this critical role at Copeland, you will serve as a dedicated advocate for our customers, focusing on enhancing user experience design.

You will work closely with our software engineering and test teams to refine and implement functional requirements, ensuring seamless product launches and release activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advocating for customer needs to improve user experience design
  • Collaborating with software engineering and test teams to refine and implement functional requirements
  • Supporting global product launches and release activities
  • Communicating product management activities to all levels of the organization
  • Referencing product roadmaps to prioritize, socialize, and implement software enhancements
  • Embodying a customer-focused approach for delivering a great customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities to increase team velocity and productivity by eliminating waste and accelerating delivery timelines
  • Supporting high team morale and an efficient cross-functional matrix structure
  • Partnering with the Product Manager to ensure alignment with requirements and priorities

About You:

You are a proactive individual who identifies and seizes new opportunities, builds and delivers solutions that exceed customer expectations, and engages in collaborative planning and development.

You possess strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Years of experience in a software product owner role or equivalent
  • Ability to travel up to a certain percentage
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Familiarity with Requirements Management Software and development task management tools
