Automation Engineer - Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented automation engineer to ensure the quality of our software products.

  • Create and maintain automated test frameworks for web, API, and backend systems to guarantee seamless functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test strategies and acceptance criteria that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, integration testing, and regression testing using automation tools to identify and rectify issues promptly.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous testing and improve overall quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA Automation or Software Testing with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficient in at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) with expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or RestAssured to ensure seamless integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust) to optimize system performance.
  • Cloud experience (AWS) to deploy and manage scalable infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies to drive quality assurance efforts successfully.
