Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, including tally, GST, and bank reconciliations
- Conduct tax audits and prepare balance sheets
- Finalize accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Audit documents and maintain good communication with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree in Commerce or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
