The Ripik team is growing fast and looking for talented individuals to join.

Role Overview:

You will work on some of the latest applications of AI to solve complex business problems and deliver significant business value to multiple clients. In doing so, you will collaborate closely with a team of consultants, data scientists, and data engineers. You will lead the project team to design and deliver impactful solutions, drive adoption, and articulate value. On a typical work day, you could be doing one or more of the following:

  • Lead a team of data scientists, including machine learning engineers, computer vision experts, data engineers, statistical modelers, and others.
  • Problem-solve on the path to impact/value creation and troubleshoot wherever there are hurdles.
  • Problem-solve, coach, troubleshoot, and mentor data scientists on building more accurate models.
  • Interface with users, senior stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure the models and products deliver what they are supposed to.
  • Interact with users and pre-empt problems/identify early warning signals and solve for the issues.
  • Program manage multiple delivery situations.
  • Adopt a non-compromising approach to client success.
  • Innovate to ensure we use cutting-edge AI/ML approaches to model building, training, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with SWEs to fetch data/Data ETL and for model deployment.
  • Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4-6 years of experience, with at least 2 years as a Data Science Manager in a similar role.
  • Hands-on knowledge of DS/ML/AI techniques and their application.
  • Good programming skills in Python with strong working knowledge of Python libraries.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
