Job Title

The Lead Architect role involves coordinating with concept design teams to develop high-complexity project designs, guiding the refinement of selected design options, and ensuring design requirements are met across disciplines.

Closely working with stakeholders, Project Managers, and other departments, the successful candidate supports the development of tender documents, provides support during the tender process, and reviews design deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with concept design teams for high-complexity project designs.
  • Refining selected design options into schematic and draft final designs.
  • Ensuring design requirements are met across disciplines.
  • Working closely with stakeholders for design value engineering.
  • Reviewing and validating design deliverables with clients and authorities.
  • Developing tender documents, including specifications and conditions of contract.
  • Supporting Project Managers in managing project budgets, resource allocation, and project schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Master's Degree in Architecture or a related field (desired).
  • 10+ years of industry experience in an architectural design function.
  • Strong experience in developing architectural designs for large and complex projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of the architectural design field.
  • Understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
