Academic Content Creators Needed

Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and engaging individuals to deliver academic content on camera in a student-friendly manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication and camera presence, with experience in teaching, public speaking, or educational content creation.

  • Deliver high-quality academic content on camera using voice modulation, expression, and storytelling to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and content directors to ensure smooth content delivery.
  • Participate in rehearsals, feedback sessions, and retakes to perfect the on-screen presentation output.
  • Adapt to different content delivery formats, including Smart boards, Animation-Voiceovers, Green screen (VFX), and outdoor location shoots.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. from a reputable institution
  • 2-5 years of experience in teaching, public speaking, or educational content creation
  • Relevant experience in CBSE 10th board curriculum
  • Excellent verbal communication and camera presence
  • Experience in voiceover, video recording, or online education is a strong plus, especially with modern teaching tools like digital boards, interactive simulations, or ed-tech platforms
  • Candidates with an English-medium background at Class X, Class XII, Degree levels will be preferred
  • Solid understanding of AI tools and platforms for content creation, with the ability to use them for improving productivity and content creativity
