Interior Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our clients' visions to life by designing functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Your expertise will be applied across a range of projects, from residential to commercial, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences. You will also collaborate with other designers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent design and spatial planning skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Strong leadership and team management abilities are also essential, as you will be expected to mentor and guide junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Development: Develop and present project proposals, concepts, and designs to clients.
  • Client Interaction: Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints, providing expert advice and solutions in line with client expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders, mentoring and guiding junior designers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all design elements meet our quality standards and client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional design and spatial planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
