Job Title: Originations Expert

This role involves leading the origination process for cross-client, cross service-group deals. As an Originations Expert, you will be responsible for collaborating with various teams, engaging with clients and ensuring efficient execution of the origination process.

  • Responsibilities include being a subject matter expert (SME) and managing team decisions.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to inform strategic decisions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS, Microsoft Azure Modern Data Platform, Microsoft Azure Architecture.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and client relationships.

Requirements include minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management and a Bachelor's degree.
