Role Overview
The AVP Builder Alliances role is pivotal in driving strategic partnerships with real estate developers and client aggregators across the country. This position supports the frontline sales team by identifying potential developers and projects, collecting necessary documents, and ensuring approval to drive strong relationships within the developer community.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an Area Centric Strategy for approving Builders and Projects.
- Grow the Mortgage Business and position the bank to achieve market leadership in respective areas.
- Ideate and execute specific financing mandates and sales initiatives with select builders.
Key Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in a similar role would be preferred.
- Post-Graduation with additional qualification in Masters would be preferable.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to navigate independently with all stakeholders and collaborate to meet objectives.
