Job Title:

We are seeking an Assurance Expert with 1-3 years of experience in US GAAP general accounting and financial statement review.

About the Role:
  • Timely identification of accounting issues, clearly documenting the facts and findings, and discussing with senior/Assistant Managers.
  • Work on a variety of different auditing projects involving QuickBooks and other US accounting systems.
  • Provide a review of work product and performance, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be willing and able to service multiple client engagements at the same time.
  • Development of one-on-one relationships with US-based audit leads.
  • Ensuring that reports sent to clients are accurate and sent within scheduled timeframes.
  • Drive quality project deliverables, leveraging problem-solving and innovation skills.
  • Participate in Training and Development to hone skills of peers and self.
  • Build internal auditing systems and ensure their correct application.
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with current legislation and best practices.
  • Verify company financial information and prepare accurate audit reports and statements for review.
  • Knowledgeably answer client audit queries in good time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, preferably with relevant experience. CA/CPA certification is highly valued.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional communication skills, with ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
