Job Summary: We seek a talented Game Designer and Developer to join our development team. As a key member, you will design game mechanics, develop narratives, and create engaging gameplay that integrates elements of Indian mythology.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype new game features, focusing on mechanics that incorporate mythological themes and characters.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of game concepts and narrative elements.
  • Conduct user testing to gather feedback and refine game features based on player interactions.
  • Work with artists and developers to ensure visual and functional aspects of the game align with the overall design.
  • Stay updated on current trends in mobile gaming to ensure our offerings remain competitive and appealing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Game Design or Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Understanding of human psychology and its application in game design.
  • At least 3 years of experience in game design/development, preferably with a focus on mobile or online games.
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics and experience with game design software.
  • Knowledge of Indian mythology is a significant plus, enhancing the authenticity and depth of game content.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
