Senior Digital Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing advanced digital marketing campaigns, focusing on campaign performance, driving results through data-driven strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution.

This role demands expertise in digital ad campaign management, ad copy testing, keyword segmentation, and budget management. You will need to provide optimisation suggestions based on performance data, improve campaign efficiency, and ROI. Additionally, you will be required to prioritise ad copy creation and optimisation, review and approve new campaign setups, develop and manage campaign budgets, and oversee complex ad campaigns.

You will also be responsible for conducting A/B testing for ad copy, providing recommendations to enhance effectiveness, developing detailed keyword segments to improve targeting and campaign relevance, assisting with the creation and organisation of ad copy, implementing advanced techniques to oversee and optimise daily campaign performance, and conducting weekly reviews of campaign performance.

You will act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication, schedule and conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback meetings with clients, escalate concerns or red flags to the Department Head promptly, and maintain detailed documentation of all communications and feedback.

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in managing digital ad campaigns, particularly on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. You should possess strong analytical skills to derive insights from campaign performance data and suggest effective optimisations. Experience with ad copy creation, prioritisation, and A/B testing for performance improvement is also essential. Proficiency in Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools for accurate data analysis and reporting is a must.

The ideal candidate should be able to think strategically, aligning campaign setups, optimisations, and adjustments with broader business goals. Strong client management skills, ensuring smooth communication and exit processes are critical for success in this role. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in any related field is desirable.
