System Support Professional

The role of System Support Professional is a critical position that requires an individual to be proactive in ensuring the seamless operation of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. This includes providing technical support, maintaining security, and optimizing system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
    • Manage and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related M365 services by ensuring user accounts, licenses, permissions, and security policies are up-to-date and compliant.
    • Implement backup and recovery solutions for M365 data to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.
  • Windows Platform & Active Directory
    • Administer Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows 10/11 workstations by performing patching, updates, and troubleshooting of OS and apps to ensure optimal system performance.
    • Manage Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy configurations to enforce security policies and ensure compliance.
  • Azure AD, Intune & Purview
    • Manage user and group access in Azure AD and enforce MFA and Conditional Access policies to ensure robust security.
    • Administer Microsoft Intune for MDM/MAM, device compliance, and app deployment to ensure secure and efficient operations.
    • Implement Microsoft Purview for data governance, compliance, and DLP strategies to protect sensitive data.
  • Security & Networking
    • Perform vulnerability assessments, apply security patches, and maintain compliance with industry standards to prevent cyber threats.
    • Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall issues to ensure network stability and security.
    • Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect against unauthorized access.
  • CCTV & Video Conferencing
    • Support and maintain office CCTV systems to ensure secure video monitoring.
    • Manage Zoom/Teams video conferencing systems and hardware setup to facilitate remote communication.
  • General IT Support
    • Provide end-user support and technical training to enhance staff skills and productivity.
    • Monitor systems proactively to ensure uptime and performance, and document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides for future reference.
