**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced Tax Compliance Manager to join our team at Hireplusplus. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization's adherence to tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities for professional growth and competitive compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies for global tax compliance, planning, and reporting.
- Manage transfer pricing policies in accordance with OECD guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks through effective strategies.
- Prepare and submit tax returns in compliance with regulations.
- Lead global tax audits and interact with local authorities.
Requirements:
- CA/CPA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 6 years of experience in global tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of international tax law and treaties.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tax compliance software (e.g., SAP, OneSource).
