**Script Writer Position**

About the Role

We seek a talented and creative Script Writer to craft engaging scripts for kids' animated videos. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative storylines that capture the imagination of young audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write captivating nursery rhymes, songs, and character-driven narratives that resonate with children aged 2–8.
  • Evaluate the age-appropriateness, clarity, and emotional engagement in every script to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Collaborate with our team to adapt scripts to storyboards and animation timelines, incorporating educational elements subtly while keeping the content entertaining.
  • Maintain a consistent tone, character voices, and storytelling style across episodes, ensuring a cohesive viewing experience.
  • Research trends in kids' media and bring fresh ideas to the table, staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of children's entertainment.
  • Revise and improve scripts based on team feedback, refining your craft and delivering exceptional results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience writing for kids' content (YouTube, TV, books, or animation), showcasing your expertise in creating engaging stories for young audiences.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with a knack for rhymes, repetition, and rhythm, bringing your ideas to life through words.
  • A strong understanding of child psychology and what engages kids aged 2–8, allowing you to craft scripts that resonate with your target audience.
  • The ability to write short, visually rich, and easily animatable scripts, working closely with our production team to bring your vision to life.
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and able to meet tight deadlines, demonstrating your ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with YouTube kids' content formats is a plus, but not required.
