Job Title: Motion Graphics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Specialist to create high-quality motion assets that effectively communicate our product value proposition and brand personality to technical and business audiences.

  • This role is ideal for a talented professional with a passion for storytelling, animation, and design who can bring our brand to life through engaging motion graphics.
About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating storyboards, animating keyframes, and producing polished 2D/2.5D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and UI animations that demonstrate financial product workflows.

  • This includes developing consistent animation systems, templates, and design tokens that enhance the product user experience.
  • Candidates should have excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create high-quality motion assets, including storyboards, animatics, and final renders.
  2. Develop animation systems, templates, and design tokens that enhance the product user experience.
  3. Presents and justifies visual approaches to cross-functional stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with product designers to ensure animations support rather than distract from core functionality.
  5. Work effectively with product designers and engineers to implement animations in web and mobile applications.
  6. Provide Lottie/JSON exports with proper documentation for developer implementation.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, animation, and design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, or related field.
