Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to spearhead our product development teams in delivering high-quality solutions and driving technological innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering, exceptional leadership skills, and experience working with diverse teams. They will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies, coordinating with other managers, and ensuring timely delivery of product and project commitments.

  1. Own the delivery of product and project commitments for the team by participating in product roadmap discussions, providing input in design, modeling, and architectural decisions, and owning project estimations and operations.
  2. Lead teams in developing new products, solutions, and processes, driving efficiency and productivity, creating designs that improve system components, and defining non-functional requirements.
  3. Define system requirements, perform design and code reviews, oversee project logistics and resource allocation, and use tools and techniques to enhance quality and reduce code debt.
  4. Collaborate with other team leaders and departments, build and develop team competence, mentor team members, and prepare them for future roles.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering
  • 7-15 years of total experience in delivery, development, and team management, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience working with EVM, Android-related technology, frontend technologies like EMV knowledge, and mobile technologies like Android
