Geospatial AI Designer

Job Description

As a Geospatial AI Designer, you will be responsible for creating and validating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that bring simplicity, trust, and impact to farmer-centric digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop design strategy and quarterly UX roadmap aligned to business goals.
  • Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fi delity designs using Figma and Miro.
  • Defi ne and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency.
  • Partner with Product Owners to convert epics and user stories into design deliverables with clear acceptance criteria.
User Research and Analysis
  • Conduct end-to-end user research: interviews, fi eld visits, surveys, and usability testing with farmers, FPOs, and partners.
  • Translate feedback into actionable design improvements, balancing usability, accessibility, and technical feasibility.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Champion UX for rural contexts: vernacular fl ows, low-bandwidth/offl ine-fi rst design, accessibility, and culturally relevant trust cues.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure pixel-perfect handoff, clarity on design specifi cations, and smooth implementation.

Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor interfaces, and evolving UX best practices to keep ahead.
