Job Title: Mentorship Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Mentorship Expert. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for guiding individuals in achieving their personal, academic, or professional goals.

You will design and deliver engaging presentations and training sessions, providing personalized mentorship and motivational coaching to help clients set, pursue, and achieve meaningful goals.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening, empathy, and motivational abilities to connect and inspire clients.

A degree in Psychology is considered beneficial, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized mentorship and motivational coaching to help clients set, pursue, and achieve meaningful goals.
  • Design and create impactful slideshows and workshop materials for group and one-on-one sessions.
  • Facilitate presentations and workshops with excellent speaking, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Apply coaching methodologies tailored to each client's challenges and aspirations.
  • Track client progress and regularly review and update plans as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening, empathy, and motivational abilities to connect and inspire clients.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a positive mindset; confidentiality and professionalism.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
  • Full-time schedule (Monday to Saturday).
  • Additional incentives may be considered for consistently high performance.
