Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design brand campaigns for clients across industries by collaborating with our founding team.
- Translate client requirements into compelling design concepts during calls.
- Create visual elements like bottle labels, campaign mockups, and activation collaterals.
- Help shape campaign narratives, pitch decks, and creative ideas that go beyond visuals.
- Support the evolution of our own brand identity and design voice as we scale.
Qualifications:
- Prior internship or freelance experience in graphic design, brand design, or campaign work is required (fresher is fine if you've done hands-on projects).
- A portfolio showcasing both social media work and brand/graphic design projects is a must.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) and Canva is required, with openness to experimenting with tools like Midjourney.
- A strong eye for type, layout, and storytelling through design is essential.
- Bonus: Motion design or basic video editing skills are desirable.
