Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AGM Costing professional to lead our costing and cost control initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic support to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Trade Remedy Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with trade remedial laws related to anti-dumping duties, countervailing duties, and safeguard measures.
    • Drive changes in costing and accounting systems to support compliance efforts.
  • Costing and Financial Analysis:
    • Design and implement systems for monitoring production costs in SAP, including raw materials, labour costs, energy and utility costs, and other direct/indirect costs.
    • Monitor cost allocation to various cost centres and related product lines in SAP to ensure fair and judicious absorption of costs.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Work closely with Sales, Sales Commercial, logistics, plant operation, production planning, and procurement teams to capture and report relevant data.
    • Supervise and mentor the Costing team, ensuring high performance, skill development, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

ICWA/CA with 8-15 years of relevant experience.
