We seek an innovative and experienced architect to drive complex design projects with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and strategic impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize, design, and deliver large-scale architectural projects across various phases.
- Manage and mentor design teams, fostering a collaborative studio environment.
- Strategically lead project narratives, client relationships, and design direction.
- Oversee project schedules, quality control, and ensure alignment with client goals and design excellence.
- Present design concepts and strategies to clients, communities, and stakeholders with clarity.
- Collaborate with consultants, including engineers, planners, and public agencies.
- Drive sustainability, equity, and resilience within the built environment.
- Contribute to business development through thought leadership, proposals, and client outreach.
- Professional degree in Architecture or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in architecture with a strong portfolio.
- Work experience in aviation, hospital, and high-rise projects is advantageous.
- Licensed Architect or eligible for licensure preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership in complex urban and civic projects.
- Proven ability to lead teams and inspire design excellence.
- Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant design tools.
- Deep understanding of zoning, planning codes, and policy frameworks.
- Experience engaging with public agencies and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
