About This Role

  • Develop Project Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement project-specific procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Standard Commercial Terms & Conditions: Prepare and negotiate standard commercial terms and conditions specific to each project.
  • Reporting Formats: Establish and maintain project-specific reporting formats and frequencies.
  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
  • Cost Monitoring: Monitor and report on costs associated with procurements, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
