Software Development Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our software development activities.

  • Develop complex software components using Xamarin, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
  • Advise developers on best methods of software development, code management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead software development activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Test and debug software to ensure high-quality and error-free products, and monitor development work to ensure it meets established goals.
  • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Xamarin, with strong leadership and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, version control systems (e.g. Git), and testing frameworks (e.g. NUnit, xUnit).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based services (e.g. Azure, AWS), DevOps practices, and tools (e.g. Jenkins, Docker).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations (e.g. HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
