Lead Data Scientist

As a lead data scientist, you will have the autonomy to manage multiple projects independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate analytical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

We are seeking a highly experienced data scientist with a strong background in machine learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.   • Lead a team of data scientists to deliver complex models and address business problems.
  • Apply expertise in machine learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and deep learning to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in machine learning and statistical modeling in e-commerce or related environments.
  • Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (regression, classification, ensemble methods, deep learning, reinforcement learning).
  • Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses.
  • Prior experience working in the e-commerce sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
