About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of advanced AI-powered solutions for retail media and ad-tech.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and cloud-based ML platforms. They should also possess strong leadership skills, be able to mentor junior talent, and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex business challenges into innovative statistical and ML frameworks.
  • Develop scalable ML and DL solutions with a focus on LLMs and Generative AI.
  • Build and optimize training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment pipelines for LLMs.
  • Ensure Responsible AI principles are applied to guarantee fairness, explainability, and bias mitigation.
  • Lead applied research and integrate GenAI methods into production.
  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines and end-to-end ML systems on cloud platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists, analysts, and engineers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 8–12 years of experience in applied data science/ML, with a strong understanding of e-commerce, advertising, or retail domains.
  • Hands-on expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, and NLP.
  • Leadership experience in guiding projects and teams.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud ML platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker).
