We are seeking a skilled automation specialist to lead our training programs. As a key member of our global organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction on industrial control systems and related technologies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead Training Sessions: Deliver impactful, practical sessions on PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Allen Bradley Studio 5000), SCADA, HMI, and related systems to aspiring engineers and working professionals.
  • Develop Programs from Scratch: Create advanced PLC applications and stay ahead with R&D in automation technologies.
  • Modernize Learning: Continuously update training modules with the latest advancements in AI, Industry 4.0, VR, and IIoT.
  • Collaborate Across Borders: Work with our teams worldwide to ensure a seamless, high-quality learning experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in PLC programming
  • Solid command of SCADA/HMI systems
  • Knowledge of control systems, industrial networks, and IIoT
  • Fluent, confident English communication and public speaking skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in the automation industry
  • Openness to international travel for onsite training sessions
