Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Creator to join our team.

  • Create high-quality documentation that meets our company's writing style guidelines.
Responsibilities
  • Define target audience and create user manuals, guides, and technical documents.
  • Document new features and maintain existing documentation versions.
  • Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to deliver technical documentation.
  • Obtain product information from agile meetings, specifications, and discussions with Subject Matter Experts.
  • Participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of existing documentation processes and standards.
  • Suggest screen labels and error messages to improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven English writing skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards is required.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Good decision-making and planning skills.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
