Webinar Coordinator Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as we empower the next generation to discover their most profitable passions and build fulfilling careers. As a digital marketing coordinator, you will gain hands-on experience in webinar management, online business operations, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Webinar Setup: Assist with technical setup, attendee management, and live moderation of webinars to ensure seamless operation during live events.
  • Marketing Material Creation: Design and create marketing materials, including video ads and image posts, for platforms like Google, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Landing Pages & Payment Gateways: Create, manage, and optimize landing pages for webinar registrations, ensuring user-friendly experiences. Set up and troubleshoot payment gateways to guarantee smooth payment processes.
  • Email Marketing & Autoresponders: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including crafting email content and setting up automated responses, analyzing campaign performance.
  • Google & YouTube Ads: Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing Google and YouTube ad campaigns to promote webinars and drive traffic.
  • Social Media Marketing: Implement and manage social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance for various online business tools and technologies, including webinar platforms, payment processors, and email marketing software.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of webinars, ads, and social media campaigns, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
