Functional Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain global talent acquisition reports, analyzing hiring trends and providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Interaction
  • Manage external recruitment vendors, ensuring timely processing of vendor payouts.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners to understand recruitment needs and forecast future hiring requirements.
Job Requirements

Masters or equivalent in Human Resource Management required.

Minimum 15 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on senior leadership roles.

Strong ability to headhunt, conduct market mapping, and utilize data-driven insights to develop recruitment strategies.

Experience in ATS management and collaboration with tech teams to ensure system enhancement & efficiency.
