The ideal candidate for this Performance Engineering role will have a deep understanding of business and infrastructure to ensure seamless communication with development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct meetings with business or project teams to identify scope
  • Thoroughly understand business and infrastructure, including system architecture and technical requirements
  • Communicate regularly with business and development team managers to align on performance goals
  • Develop and maintain Non-Functional Requirement Documents
  • Design and implement performance test strategies and Test Plans
  • Experience working in an onsite/offshore model, collaborating with global teams
  • Assess test readiness, ensuring environments, test data, and scripts are aligned
  • Create high-quality performance test scripts using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, and NeoLoad
  • Analyze and interpret results from Fiddler, Chrome Developer tools, and other tools
  • Design workload models to simulate real-world scenarios
  • Execute performance tests to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
  • Monitor application performance using tools like AppDynamics, Thousand Eyes, and Splunk
