Job Title: Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated software developer to join our organization. As a software developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new features, maintaining and enhancing existing features, testing and deploying code, creating back-end components, integrating user-facing elements, and ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile devices.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing new features.
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing features.
  • Testing and deploying code.
  • Creating back-end components.
  • Integrating user-facing elements.
  • Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile devices.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in web-based software development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with Ruby on Rails and ability to write clean Ruby code.
  • Proficiency with code versioning tools like Bitbucket, Git, Github.
  • Familiarity with MVC, REST.
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3 and Bootstrap framework.
  • Familiarity with database technology and SQL programming (we use MySQL).
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (we use Jira, Scrum).
  • Proficient with Linux distributions like Ubuntu.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with frameworks like AngularJS, Angular, React.
  • Experience with web servers like Apache, Nginx.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (we use AWS).
  • Experience in developing and maintaining APIs.
