Development Engineer Job Description

As a skilled Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of complex software applications using standard concepts and principles. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in shaping the product's architecture and ensuring seamless integration with other modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-level and low-level designs for functional requirements as marketable features or use cases.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of primary product technology.
  • Adhere to best coding practices and contribute to code reviews.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on design reviews, implementation, and information about existing implementations.
  • Develop expertise in one or more product modules.
  • Understand core modules of secondary products.
  • Integrate AI into workflows for productivity gains.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years with a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of SDLC, Operating Systems, Algorithms, Data Structures, Object-Oriented Programming Systems, and Databases.
  • Experience working on n-tier desktop or client-side web applications using Web and UI frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of web server technologies and non-functional requirements like Scalability, Performance, and Security is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a passion for learning and innovation.
