Key Responsibilities
  • Our team collaborates to deliver end-to-end EPC solutions, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Electrical engineers assist in design reviews for rooftop kits, guaranteeing optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Contributions to innovative installation methodologies drive the development of 'click system' and tool-less installation methods for rooftop kits.
  • Identifying and onboarding additional electrical engineers strengthens our EPC execution team, allowing us to tackle complex projects with confidence.
  • The compilation and analysis of installer feedback inform product improvements, enhancing overall quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Detailed cost breakdowns for 3 KWP rooftop systems are prepared in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent pricing and budgeting.
  • Discussions with suppliers, packaging companies, and manufacturing partners focus on delivering cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or efficiency.
  • Innovative packaging methodologies inspired by IKEA-style kits are developed, prioritizing installer-friendliness and ease of use.
  • Packaging specifications and designs are coordinated with vendors to ensure alignment with our company's vision.
  • Defining and documenting structure material specifications, BOMs, and costs ensures consistency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's is an asset).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in rooftop solar EPC, preferably with 3–10 kWp systems.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation, and commissioning of solar rooftop projects is essential.
  • Familiarity with solar structures, mounting systems, and innovative installation methodologies is required.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors is crucial for success.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills are necessary to drive results-oriented projects forward.
