About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ASSPL - Maharashtra. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Attend to corrective maintenance, service, and repair works in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty or AMC.
  • Conduct energy consumption readings and maintain records.
  • Perform DG maintenance and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders.
  • Support production by working in a safe and customer-focused manner.
  • Perform refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment.
  • Conduct regular checks on fire alarm and fire extinguishers.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot carts, trolleys, pumps, rolling shutters, and other equipment.
  • Attend to regular electrical works, height work, and hot work permits.
  • Attend to civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
  • Provide daily reports on TT closures and open cases, and share incident reports.
  • Update tools inventory using the EAM tool.
  • Perform PPM schedule maintenance as per EAM/PPM schedule.
  • Take care of soft services activities, including pest control, housekeeping, scrap and garbage disposal, and handling agency staff.
Requirements
  • Electrical engineering background preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with EAM tools.
