Job Title: Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our cloud engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and managing cloud solutions that align with our business objectives.

You will leverage your expertise in AWS technologies to build scalable, secure, and robust cloud architectures, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure according to best practices using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and VPC.
  • Develop cloud-based solutions using AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and VPC.
  • Automate deployment, scaling, and management of cloud applications using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
  • Implement security measures and best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), VPC security, and data protection.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud resources for cost and performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to set up CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment workflows.
  • Conduct cloud cost analysis and optimization to drive efficiency.
  • Stay updated on AWS features and industry trends to continually innovate and improve our cloud practices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in cloud engineering or a related field, with a focus on AWS technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in AWS services and features, including but not limited to EC2, S3, EBS, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
  • Experience with scripting and programming languages like Python and Bash for automation tasks.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPC, subnetting, NAT, VPN).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD tools, and practices.
  • AWS certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
