Role Overview:

A Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media management strategies to engage with the online community
  • Collaborate on content strategy for digital marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms
  • Plan, execute, and analyze email campaigns to complement efforts and promote products with tailored content
  • Assist in planning and executing integrated campaigns on different platforms, including Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Meta Ads
  • Track and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SE Ranking, SEMrush

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in B2B IT/software industry
  • Experience in managing LinkedIn, Twitter, and other B2B platforms, driving engagement, and tracking performance
  • Ability to assist in planning and tracking integrated digital campaigns
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SE Ranking, and SEMRUSH
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
