**Job Title:** Data Analytics Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Leader to join our team at Parexel. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and strategic direction for the development and refinement of Site Intelligence Data Assets, Systems, Processes, and Tools.
**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have substantial technology or database experience, preferably in a clinical research or healthcare setting. Advanced knowledge of database applications, including SQL programming and experience in database development, maintenance, and data analysis is preferred. Familiarity with Agile software development methodology and excellent written and oral English skills are also required.
You will analyze business needs to develop system requirements and enhancements for Site Intelligence systems, utilize Lean Business Process methodology to ensure efficient workflows, and assist with the implementation of interfaces and systems needed for data integration. Additionally, you will develop reporting strategies, specify Site Intelligence metric reports and data visualization to support site intelligence, feasibility, site selection, patient recruitment, site alliance, proposal development, and marketing. You will identify and/or develop additional tools and integration needed for best-in-class feasibility and site selection and provide project planning and management for Site Intelligence data analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs to develop system requirements and enhancements for Site Intelligence systems.

- Assist with the implementation of interfaces and systems needed for data integration.

- Identify and/or develop additional tools and integration needed for best in class feasibility and site selection.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess a university degree, preferably in Information Management, Computer Science, Clinical Research, or equivalent qualification or experience. In addition to technical skills, you should have advanced presentation skills, good consulting skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to take initiative and work independently, and ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail even in a rapidly changing environment under deadline pressure.
