  • As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution and communication throughout various projects.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing quotes, tracking design changes, coordinating with clients for approvals, organizing project files, acting as a single point of contact, coordinating with vendors, conducting cost analysis, assisting with final billing and closure of project accounts, and supporting project managers with administrative tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management preferred.
