**Product Management Director**

  3. Develop a SaaS solution with improved functionality and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to execute the roadmap with prioritization and precision.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing the company as a top software vendor for customer experience platforms.
  • Driving strategic clarity for CX product differentiation through market analysis.
  • Creating well-defined major release roadmaps with impactful features.
  • Ensuring feature implementation and major release launch readiness.
  • Measuring ongoing adoption and removing barriers to upgrades.
  • Enabling product specialists to win renewals and net new deals.
  • Improving skills and knowledge to drive optimal results.

Key qualities required include working under pressure, multitasking, influencing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders across a wide geography.

Experience includes a proven background and in-depth product knowledge of similar customer experience platforms, such as Pega, Adobe Marketing, Salesforce Marketing, Hubspot.
