As a Product Designer at Monova, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our innovative platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and visually appealing designs for the entire ecosystem
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet the evolving needs of our users
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable feedback and inform design decisions
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure design alignment and cohesion
  • Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation and style guides to foster consistency and best practices
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and design reviews to drive innovation and excellence
Requirements:
  • A degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and process
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, ProtoPie (optional)
  • Good knowledge of visual design principles and human-centered design thinking
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into beautiful and functional designs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment
