Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our team and spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI agents that transform recruitment workflows and enhance candidate matching. The ideal candidate will leverage machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and agent frameworks to create autonomous systems that automate complex staffing tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying AI agents for resume parsing, dynamic candidate-job matching, predictive analytics, and recruitment workflow automation. Additionally, they will implement NLP-driven agents to extract, classify, and analyze data from resumes, job descriptions, and communications.

The role requires collaboration with recruiters and product teams to identify opportunities for agent-driven automation and optimize agent performance, scalability, and reliability within cloud environments. A strong understanding of emerging AI agent frameworks and HR tech trends is also essential.

  • Design and deploy AI agents for resume parsing, dynamic candidate-job matching, predictive analytics, and recruitment workflow automation.
  • Implement NLP-driven agents to extract, classify, and analyze data from resumes, job descriptions, and communications.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and product teams to identify opportunities for agent-driven automation.
  • Optimize agent performance, scalability, and reliability within cloud environments.
Required Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in AI agent development, including autonomous systems, RAG architectures, and multi-agent workflows.

Expertise in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face).

Platform integration experience: RESTful APIs, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with recruitment data tools (e.g., Sovren, Daxtra) and US staffing workflows (VMS, C2C, compliance).

Ability to translate business needs into scalable agent-based solutions.

Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
