Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop CMOS Integrated circuit designs
  • Interface with design management and module design teams to create detailed specifications, report design progress, and collect, track, and resolve performance and circuit design issues
  • Oversee the work of layout designers and test engineers

Requirements:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Expertise with Cadence design tools, including schematic capture, simulators, and layout
  • Strong communication skills, ability to organize information and present results clearly
  • Advanced knowledge of analog designs, including bandgaps, op-amps, regulators, and precision current sources in CMOS or BiCMOS technologies
  • Knowledge of feedback systems, poles and zeroes, loop dynamics, and basic digital logic
  • Basic knowledge of MOS and bipolar device physics, and semiconductor manufacturing processes
